I had the privilege of first being recruited into my position as General Counsel--Americas at Navitas Life Sciences by Yamini and then working with her in the same office and on shared projects over a number of years. This gave me a broad and thorough perspective on Yamini's skill set and demeanor. Yamini presents and engages with people within the organization, as well as with job candidates, pleasantly, professionally, and efficiently. Yamini is skilled at identifying the core elements of a project or issue and tenaciously working towards these core elements. She has an acute sense of issue spotting and issue resolution. Yamini's oral and written communication skills are excellent. She is very clear and concise in her communications which allows her to quickly sift through large swaths of information and data to harvest that which is truly meaningful and helpful to the organization. Yamini's judgment is impeccable--instinctively knowing when she needs to seek and then harness help from other area experts. Yamini's kind, caring, and warm, yet always professional, personality is a tremendous asset that unquestionably uplifts the culture of the company. Yamini is a strong leader by example, but also a good leader by being a good follower and asking smart questions and testing concepts and strategies appropriately. I would highly recommend Yamini as I believe any organization would be fortunate to have her as a member of its employee team.
